Kaspersky Pure combines security with backup, tune-up modules and parental control. At first look it seems like a resemblance to the Norton 360, but as you look closer at the configuration options, you realize it is a more complex, less novice-friendly beast.

Features and Components
It is worth to note that Kaspersky's idea of "tuning up" is not the usual registry-cleaning routine. Rather, it is a privacy and security audit, which alerts changes such as wiping system logs, setting to empty your browser so that potentially confidential data get deleted from cache when closed and setting Windows Explorer to show file extensions (prevention of file type spoofing).
Kaspersky PURE also offers its own a virtual keyboard used for secure online shopping and online banking on the internet and password manager. It provides the same functionality as to Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Antivirus where you can monitor entire network operations, but on top of that, it offer some extra features; PURE Protection Center. This feature provides a spam-and-virus free work and all found threats that are found.
You can manage Kaspersky PURE which is installed on multiple computers which includes configure the parental controls, the start of backups, update the virus signatures and the search for viruses. The virus signatures can also be passed on to another PC in the same network.
Through its intuitive interface, all components and features can be learned. The centrally managed and integrated safety function is the thing that makes Kaspersky Pure really stands out.
