How to fix Skype crash issue
1. Browse into the following folder directory or the Skype custom data folder in your PC.
Windows XP: C:Documents and Settings%username%Application DataSkype
Mac OS: rm ~/Library/Application Support/Skype/shared.xml
Windows 7: C:Users%username%AppDataRoamingSkype
2. Delete file named “shared.xml“. That’s it. It should fix the crash issue for good.
